FY27 Outer Cape Opioid Remediation Funded Programs
In FY2027, Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet and Eastham are continuing their regional approach to Opioid Remediation Fund investments through the OC Wellness Collaborative, with technical assistance from Outer Cape Community Solutions. The funding supports community-based efforts that respond to the ongoing impacts of substance use and overdose, while also addressing the needs of individuals, families and communities affected by recovery, grief, chronic pain and related challenges.
Through the FY2027 funding, resources are being directed toward a variety of supports, including harm reduction and overdose prevention, treatment and recovery services, grief and caregiver support, chronic pain resources, and opportunities that strengthen connection and support within the recovery community.
Please note: while these programs are funded by “Opioid Remediation Funds,” we recognize that there are many other prevalent substances across the Outer Cape creating equal or more of an impact in our community. Unless explicitly named by the vendor, program access is NOT limited to those who use or are impacted by only Opioids.
