FY27 Outer Cape Opioid Remediation Funds Application Now Available
Outer Cape Community Solutions is providing technical assistance for the FY2027 Outer Cape Opioid Remediation Funds application process on behalf of OC Wellness Collaborative, the four-town health department partnership across Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, and Eastham. These funds support programs, services, resources, and activities for people impacted by substance use across the Outer Cape.
Funding priorities for FY2027 include:
- Treatment access, recovery navigation, and peer recovery support
- Harm reduction and overdose prevention
- Loved ones, families, grief, and overdose loss support
- Stigma reduction, peer connection, and recovery-friendly community supports
- Prevention, education, and support for youth/young adults
- Chronic pain and opioid-alternative pain support
- Support for people impacted by polysubstance use, including but not limited to opioids
- Support for priority populations, including justice-involved residents, families/caregivers, young adults, and others facing barriers to care
Applications are open to individuals, agencies, organizations, practitioners, and community-based providers interested in offering services or supports for Outer Cape residents.

Applications are due on June 7, 2026. Applications received after June 7 may be considered if funding and review timelines allow.
