AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod
AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod saves lives through prevention, education and life-sustaining services that address public health crises to build healthy communities across the Cape and Islands.
Alzheimer’s Family Support Center
AFSC’s goal is to help families navigate the complexities and challenges they face across the span of Alzheimer’s and Dementia related diseases (ADRD).
Barnstable County Department of Human Services
The mission of the Barnstable County Department of Human Services is to plan, develop, and implement programs which enhance the overall delivery of human services in Barnstable County, to promote the health and social well-being of County residents through regional efforts designed to improve coordination and efficiency of human services, and designed to strengthen the fabric of community care available to all.
Bay Cove Human Services
Bay Cove’s Behavioral Health and Wellness Center on Cape Cod serves as a hub of coordinated and integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment for individuals of all ages throughout Cape Cod.

Cape Cod Community College
Cape Cod Community College, known locally as 4Cs, is a two-year community college located in West Barnstable, Massachusetts.
Cape Cod Foster Closet
Cape Cod Foster Closet is a program of Nurturing Foster Families, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization, supporting foster and relative caregiver families by providing material goods for children in care. The Cape Cod Foster Closet assists foster, pre-adoptive, and kinship families by providing necessary items such as clothing, shoes, toys, books, baby equipment (including formula and car seats) and furniture for all ages.
