Together We Can Make a Difference
There are so many people and organizations working to improve the health and wellbeing of residents across the Outer Cape. While each agency may be addressing a different aspect of “health,” we are proud to support their collaborative and individual efforts to make a difference.
246 Kitchen
246 Kitchen provides free, weekly, nutritious sit-down meals, in a welcoming atmosphere, to Outer Cape Residents where tables are set up with white table cloths, dishes, and silverware.
Their aim is to provide a place where people can find warmth and fellowship while sharing a free, sit-down meal during the colder and lonelier months of the year.
Join them at the Wellfleet United Methodist Church, 246 Main St, Wellfleet. Dinner is served at 5:00 PM on Tuesdays.
