Open Forum meeting of all network members and those interested in health and wellbeing for Outer Cape community members.
This meeting is typically held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 9:30 am on Zoom with in-person meetings held on occasion – often quarterly.
Meetings always begin with at least 30 minutes of program updates and networking.
