DESCRIPTION:Acudetox & Meditation Flyer \nHelping Our Women (HOW) is offering a FREE\, evidence-based\, outer ear acupuncture treatment called Acudetox\, known to reduce anxiety\, stress\, depression\, PTSD\, and support recovery from substance use. It provides a calming effect and promotes mental wellness in a supportive group setting. Offered by licensed practitioner Heather Louks\, this treatment will leave you at ease and relaxed! This service is weekly\, year-round\, and available at HOW’s Ann Maguire Women’s Wellness Center in Eastham in a community\, group format. HOW offers free transportation to this program for their clients.  Registration is required\, see flyer above for more information.
